The high growth in tourism is leading to the construction of more hotels, which will result in increasing of job opportunities in Hotels as well as its allied sectors such as Airlines, Cruise lines, Restaurants, Travel Agencies, etc.

Apart from excellent opportunities in Hotels, Hotel Managers also find job opportunities in other service sectors such as Banks, Call Centers, Multiplexes, Hospitals, etc. Even companies not in the service sector hire Hospitality Management Graduates & experienced individuals for positions in Marketing, Administration & Customer Service.

Many more call centers are opening & existing Call Centers are increasing their staff as well as coupled with the fact that due to a high labour turnover here there is a very significant opportunity for growth. With the increase in second – income families & more spare time, there is an increase in people traveling, specially to foreign destinations & thus the Organized Travel Sector, which is still in nascent stage in India, is expected to grow by 300% by the end of 2006. This will also result in a spurge in International Airlines & with the opening up of the Indian economy; Global Corporate Houses are now eyeing India as a very profitable market. It is expected that Walmart, the International Giant & the No.1 company in the list of Fortune 500 companies, will be opening its first outlet by mid – 2006. Many Fast Food Chains such as McDonald's, Kentucky Fried Chicken, etc. are looking at entrepreneurs interested to open their outlets at Hyderabad.
