At ARK we follow a well-conceived Teaching Methodology that ensures students gains a proper step-by-step insight into the entire learning process. Students are well trained in Spoken English, Grooming and Personality Development skill. The curriculum also includes Weekly Tests, Progress Card, Parent Update, Feedback, Industry Interaction, Practical and Classroom Sessions. Field Visits and Educational Trips, Workshop, Seminars, competitions, Role Plays, Case Studies Projects, Guest Lectures and Group Discussions.
Periodic performance Evaluations to assess the progress of the students are carried out from time to time.

Mr.Darpan Vasudev, heads the training domain with strategies and methodologies of need analysis training that are far superior to any conventional process of modern learning.
He started his corporate career as a voice and accent trainer with “AMERICA ONLINE” Bangalore one of the largest captive BPO in the country today. He then came back to his hometown Hyderabad to upgrade his training knowledge and did enormous training assignments in various colleges and corporate as a free lancer and conducted various workshops on train the trainer. Some of the topics he holds expertise in are Time management, conflict management, stress management, goal setting, corporate etiquette, liaison, conversational skills, and negotiation skills.
Darpan is a man of caliber with multiple skills, he believes in living life to the fullest and not to leave a task unless the objective is met. With such a personality and the ability to learn quick, create and innovate he is also equipped with the skills of remarkable people management he leads the training from the front and helps his team members to keep going and perform at their level best to get the desired results.

Mr.Shaji is the english language trainer who is well versed with the technicalities of the language.His Objective is to correct those errors from the language which the people were not aware of so that they can convey thier ideas thoughts feelings in the effective manner valuable and enjoyable activities are conducted to enhance the language. He trained people for correct pronunciation and neutral accent so that students are able to speak flawless english.He has been in this domain for the past couple of years.He has completed his Diploma in Voice&Accent/Proununciation/Articulation/Fluency from Talent India.com.
He is especially indebted to his world renowned trainer's Mr.J H. Salmani and
Mr. Fazlur Rahman Khurram for their continued instructions Mr.Shaji researched in the class rooms and trained the people according to their psychology to acquire an excellent command over the english language which resulted in bringing out the hidden potential of the students.

| MR. B.DINESH KUMAR |
Mr. Kumar is a Psycho-pharmacologist and is Master Degree holder in Psychology, M.S. in Psychotherapy & Counseling and MBA with HRD as the specialization. He is a certified Master Practitioner of NLP (USA) and Member of National Federation of Neuro Linguistic Psychology, USA, Certified Trainer in Transactional Analysis (CTA) and Regular Member & International Transactional Analysis Association (ITAA) USA.
He has trained hundreds of people to unleash their hidden talents and launched them on to the path of ultimate success.
He is a committed motivator and enthusiastic trainer and instills multiple doses of confidence through his sessions.
He has conducted many in house as well as Corporate Training programmes which includes Attitudinal Seminars, Personal Growth Workshops and Peak Performance sessions.

| ROSHAN LAL PRASAD |
A Graduate by qualification, Mr.Prasad is a very energetic, knowledgeable and humble person. He has got a unique acumen for teaching.
Mr.Prasad had completed his Airline Diploma in International Airticketing and Management in 2003 – 04 and then joined Sri Sai International Travel Agency as a Domestic Counter Executive. Working for 01 year there fine-tuned his skills and he was offered to join the Travel Corporation of India, one of the premier Travel Agencies in India. He has also developed an expertise in Galileo, Abacus and Indian Airlines (CRS).
Mr.Prasad's is also a very good listener, patient and a self motivated. These qualities in him make him a very special person as they are required to be an effective trainer.

| ANNETTE VASSOU |
A very young, hardworking and energetic person, she is a Graduate from Loreto College, Kolkata. She has done her Diploma in Tourism & Travel Management from Institute of Modern Management, Kolkata where she cleared papers in Ticketing, Cargo, Airport Handling, Visa & Passport Documentation.
Annette has more than 8 years of experience in Customer Service. She started her career at Gainwell Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. as a Help Desk Executive and then shifted to STIC Travels Pvt. Ltd., a GSA for Royal Brunei Airlines, as a Tour Officer. An experience of about a year gave her the necessary Customer Relation Skills to work for Convergys India Pvt. Ltd. as a Customer Care Officer and later at GE Capital International Services as a Process Associate.
With such an excellent background, students would immensely benefited with her exposure.

| MS.J.PADMINI |
A very young and talented lady with excellent communication skills. She has done her International Airlines and Travel Management with Double Honours, passed her IATA – UFTAA (Standard) with Distinction and IATA – UFTAA (Advanced) with 75% marks. She has also passed her Standard Basic Ticketing and Tariff Course conducted by Lufthansa German Airlines.
Ms.Padmini carries with her over 06 years of Travel Industry experience with her. She started her career as a Trainee Counter Executive with Heritage Travels Pvt. Ltd. and worked there for about 01 year after which she was offered a post of Reservations Officer with Aviation Travels Pvt. Ltd. (GSA for Delta Airlines), which gave her a tremendous experience for about 03 years.
Ms.Padmini is a hard worker to the core and has an in-depth knowledge of the Travel and Airline field.

| TAHER HASSAN |
Mr.Hassan is a Graduate and has done his Double Honours Diploma in International Airline and Travel Management in 1997 after which he completed his IATA Standard in 1999 with distinction, one of the first to earn a distinction in both papers from Andhra Pradesh. He has also completed his Galileo CRS course.
Mr.Hassan's experience spans over a decade with 05 years as an IATA Trainer, 03 years as International Counter Supervisor with Millennium Travels and 02 years with Altayyar Travel Group as Counter Supervisor.
With tremendous knowledge about World Geography and Ticketing and the various modalities required for running a Travel Agency, he brings with him an immense amount of knowledge and know how of the Travel Industry.

Kalyan is a Graduate Diploma in Fashion Design from NIFT, Hyderabad.
A person always open to new ideas and modern trends, a career in fashion industry was evident to his personality.
As a Graduate Diploma holder, his personal skills includes :

As a Designer he worked for Sri Design, Hyderabad and Simon & Cailand Private Ltd, New Delhi with the Purchase Department sourcing Garments as per Specifications of the buyers. He also has a short stint with Design Synectics Noetics, DSYN 2004, New Delhi and completed his internship at Wild Orchid Fashions Private Ltd, New Delhi under the World Renowned Designer Karuna Khaitan.
His project involved Display of a collection developed, using unconventional material, taking signature style of MISSONI and Design Collection, named, WILDERNESS. He was also instrumental in conceptualizing a Fashion Show at NIFT with a theme of Erosion and Weathering of Mountainous Rocks, Category - Men's Wear
With Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Corel draw and MS Office as Software Skills, Kalyan has all the necessary skills a Fashion Designer should possess. |
